If you read atleast a couple of my previous posts, you know how I go on and on about introspection. So, this one, without any surprise, came after some of it. Along with some research.
So, I want to put forth something that I will read everyday, to remind myself to stay on track and to be my most best self and make 2018, my best year, yet.
I hope this could help you out too, in some little way.
So, here goes-
1.You are a happy soul, you owe it to yourself to vibrate with your inner self and achieve your highest potential. So, be happy.
2.Your happiness depends only on yourself. Other people’s actions and discretions have no effect on it.
3.Getting healthy is a journey which takes time, don’t fall off the path or else you will have to start all over again.
4.Every person is a good person, irrespective of what your experience might have been with them. Find and remember the good in everyone.
5.Never waste a single moment of your happiness because of other person’s negativity.
6.You are smart, funny, real and amazing. Don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise.
7.It really takes a village, so if you find someone who makes you happy, keep them near.
8.Focus on being a more positive person. Distance yourself from drama, complications and negativity.
9. Follow a routine. Be it for your fitness, eating, studying, hair, skincare and everything else. You’ll thank yourself later.
10.Trust, love and pray to God. Always.
