Expiration dates.

Choosing your life partner is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.

All the fuss we see for this is worth going through if it can lead you to that beautiful person. But there is no protocol, no empirical policies which can guarantee to lead you there.

You have to make your own conscious choices, with of course some help from the internet and the people around you.

So in this widely researched field, here is one more tip from my side.

Walk away from anything that no longer grows you, serves you or makes you happy.

Its that simple. Oh how we wish it were.

But as humans evolved, our nervous system became so complicated that even the most genius of the neuro- scientists in the world are yet to understand even half of how this brain really works.

Coming back,

So It is really important to be mindful of the people you involve in your life.

If you reach a dead end, where things cannot flourish further, you cannot grow together anymore, but only grow apart, you have extracted every bit of happiness and the only way you think it can go is downwards, it’s time to walk away.

When negative thoughts cross your mind more often, when you can feel your love not being reciprocated in the same way as you give, when you feel, a little bit less happy, it is time to walk away.

Walk away, still feeling the love and happiness you gave each other. The strength, wonderful memories and experiences you shared. Having gratitude and respect for each other.

Don’t continue the same mistake just because you spent a lot of time making it.

Lots of love,
