The reason I love game of thrones. (Major philosophical post alert)

Game of thrones is the most watched television series in the world. It takes to another world, one we could never imagine in our wildest dreams. The best part is now it has become so believable and gripping that I CANNOTTTT even wait for next sunday when oh yeah, spoiler alert,

VISCERION IS GOING TO BECOME A WHITE. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh. My. God. *sigh*

But the way the story of different charecters unfold is so inspiring.

Daenerys comes from nothing. Except a fancy name. Which doesn’t do shit for her.

Cercei lost everything she valued the most and is now stronger than ever.

Tyrion was belittled, literally and figuratively at every step of the way. And now he is irreplacable in the show.

Jon had to leave everything. And now he is the king of everything in the north.

What I want to emphasize on is the charecters hit rock bottom in ways we could never imagine.

But they winged it. Wherever they were. They stayed there, did what needed to be done and came out the other side marvellously. (I’m not sure if that’s a word)

So stay where you are. Do what needs to be done. Wait for your time. Keep sharpening your axe always. And when you do get the opportunity, hit the wood hard with everything you have.

Times always change.

It gets better.

You have to hang on. And don’t forget to wing it. πŸ’–

Lots of love,

Brown girl on a budget πŸ™‚
